Inside the apartment
As soon as you enter the townhouse, you are aware of something rather special that few other apartments in Kalkan can offer. The interior exudes quality and comfort and combines style and functionality. The open-plan ground floor enjoys contemporary furniture with ample space for relaxing, dining or preparing meals or drinks and the modern kitchen provides every amenity you could wish for. Number Five is also fully air conditioned throughout.
As you walk up the cool marble staircase, you reach the landing with a master bedroom which is light and airy and enjoys views over the pool. As part of the suite, there is a luxurious bathroom which contributes to a sense of being a guest in a exclusive boutique hotel and a large walk-in wardrobe off the landing.
A further flight of stairs takes you to the roof terrace which certainly has the wow factor with shaded sitting area, sun loungers and jaw-dropping views across Kalkan, the bay, and islands beyond. And then, to top it all off, you have a beautiful plunge pool to cool down and perhaps enjoy a drink as you marvel at the stunning views. And you won't have far to top it up again as the terrace enjoys its own outdoor bar/kitchen complete with sink, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, BBQ, glasses/crockery and even a kettle.
